The Private Sommelier
I fly to you.
Collector puts a sommelier on your screen. This one puts me in your room. I come to you, design the evening, and host it at your table myself — and if you want the food to match, I'll bring in a chef who cooks in a Michelin kitchen.
It's quoted per occasion rather than per month, because no two evenings are the same. Tell me what the night is below and I'll come back personally with a proposal.
What the evening can be
- I arrive ahead of the night and shape it with you, in your space
- A menu built around the wines — or the wines built around your menu
- A chef who cooks in a Michelin kitchen, cooking in yours — if you want the food handled too
- I pour and talk your table through every course, as it lands
- Your guests leave with the notes, and the bottles if you'd like
About the chef: the wine, the design of the evening and my time are the part I quote you for. A chef is the one thing I don't include by default — I'll source the right one and quote them separately, on top of the evening, so you only pay for it on the nights you actually want the food handled.
