Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Oinver and your membership. Oinver is operated by Eduard Bezverhnii (“Oinver”, “we”, “I”) in Greece. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Age requirement

You must be of legal drinking age (18+) to use Oinver and to receive shipments. An adult signature (18+) is required on delivery. I may refuse or cancel service where age cannot be verified.

2. Membership & billing

• Memberships are billed monthly in advance to the card on file, via Stripe, until cancelled.
• Plan prices are shown on the site (Explorer, Collector, Private Sommelier) and may change with notice; changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account before the monthly cutoff. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period once a box has shipped.

3. Shipping

I currently ship across the EU and UK, subject to local alcohol-shipping laws. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact me and I'll make it right.

4. Satisfaction

If you don't enjoy a bottle, rate it “Didn't enjoy” in your account — I'll adjust your future selections and, at my discretion, credit your account. Because wine is a perishable, age-restricted product, opened or partially consumed bottles cannot be returned.

5. Your account

Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your shipping address up to date. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or resell the wine commercially.

6. Reviews

Reviews you submit may be published on the site at my discretion. By submitting, you grant permission to display your review and first name. Keep reviews honest and lawful.

7. Liability

Oinver is provided with care but “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Please always drink responsibly.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and disputes are subject to the courts of Greece, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
